WARRANTIES

M4L, ("M4L, Inc."), (the "company") is a reseller and distributor only. Products sold by the company are not manufactured by the company.

The products may, in certain circumstances, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present). M4L assigns and passes to the customer any warranty from the manufacturer. The customer acknowledges that they shall have recourse only under such warranty and only as mentioned by the manufacturer of the products.

The company makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. M4L disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, with regard to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty arising from statute, trade usage, the course of dealing, or course of performance will also be treated the same.

You expressly understand and agree that M4L makes no warranty that the M4L services will:

(a) meet your requirements;

(b) be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;

(c) provide accurate results and reliable data on processing of the information;

(d) meet your expectations;

(e) any error in the program/software will be corrected.

You expressly understand that any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the M4L service is accessed at your own discretion and risk. Thereby, you are solely responsible for and hereby waive any and all claims and causes of action with respect to any damage to your computer system, internet access, download or display device, or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from M4L shall create any warranty unless expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCUS).

Under no circumstances will M4L be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the sale, installation, use, operation, service or repair of any product. This includes the breach of warranty or contract, strict liability, negligence or otherwise, whether or not M4L shall have been advised as to the possibility or reason of any such potential loss or damage.

M4L expressly disclaims all legal liability in relation to any personal injury or property loss arising from any reason out of the use of products/services purchased from M4L, including but not limited to, military, medical treatment, traffic control and disaster prevention, or related equipment.
